Sewing project: electric blue bikini

Just like I mentioned in my last post, back in April I finished sewing a bikini for my dolls, and I just thought it could be a great idea to share it. As some of you know,   I'm not an experienced sewer, so this is by no means a tutorial. But I thought that by sharing my journey, I could get some constructive feedback from my readers who are more experienced sewers, and maybe inspire someone to learn how to sew.  A bikini wasn't exactly what I was planning to sew next, as I already sewed one last year with Atelier ni Shasha . I was feeling a bit lost as to what to sew next, and was too busy with school to tackle anything new, so sewing took a backseat. Until one day when I was doing some wardrobe cleaning, I found an old t-shirt in electric blue, and I thought it could be a nice color for some swimwear. Hello again my dear dolly-friends! How are you doing? What a month it has been! I've been so busy with school that I've barely had any time to come to the blogosphere to keep up with your posts, let alone write anything myself, which was expected. My plan was to come back with a proper doll-related post, but I really was too impatient to come back and give you a rundown of what's been going on, that I decided to write this impromptu post. Like I mentioned in my last post , the last few weeks of school we were expecting to have exams and projects at least every week. Well, little did I know back then that the school had decided to do all the last exams in the span of 3 days, but without giving us any days off from class to actually get to study. I ended up complaining to the director of studies (not sure if it's the correct term), because, when the school asked for suggestions, we asked to space out the exams and projects as much as possible, and they did the exact oppos...
