About

I'm a 30-something doll collector based in Spain. Back in 2013 I started collecting Monster High dolls and doing some crafts for them (so that's why the blog is called Monster Crafts), but later I started growing an interest in other dolls such as Ever After High and Barbie.

I post about anything doll related, from reviews, photography ideas, crafts, etc. Currently I'm more focused on crafts, dioramas and backgrounds for doll photography, being my Mix'n'match series a huge part of it, but I still do cover other doll-related topics. I don't see this blog as me teaching anybody, but rather than sharing what I'm learning along the way and hopefully inspiring somebody. When I started collecting dolls, I knew nothing and often couldn't find the information that I needed. I often couldn't find much on how to make doll furniture, dioramas or tips to doll photography, so I had to learn by try and error. This blog is a way for me to share what I'm learning along the way and the kind of information I would have found useful when I started.

Despite the blog involves dolls, it is targeted towards an adult audience because, well, I'm an adult. However, I try to keep the blog free of strong language and sensitive topics. Anyway, I would recommend adult supervision while reading this blog.

Hope you enjoy my blog and join me in the fantastic world of doll collecting. I would love to have you around here.

    1. Hello,
Thanks for your compliment and for stopping by. I'm happy that you consider Spain your second home and I'm sure that you'll be more than welcome if you ever come back. Unfortunatelly, I haven't been an active blogger lately, but I'm working on a couple of posts for this summer.
Thank you very much for your lovely comment.
