Hello everyone! How are you? July is about to end and I wonder what I have done with my time. I still have lots of things to do before the new course starts! Today's post is a little bit different. If you have been reading this blog for a while, you may have noticed that, at the end of my posts, I usually ask for name suggesstions for my dolls. So, I've decided to put all my unamed dolls together in this post and try to find a name for them. Some I have already a name or two in mind, but some I have no ideas. Let's start!

Do you ever feel like doing something different with your dolls? Personally, I'd love to try new things when it comes to doll photography, like going outside. Also, I like to try new background colors, as you can see in my Pop of Color posts. So, ever since I saw and Ever After High pic with a glittery background, I wanted to try that myself. Back in September I found some glittery cardstock in a stationary shop and I bought 3, but I never found the time to do a photoshoot. Then, a couple of days ago, I was looking at my Instagram posts and noticed that 90% of my photos have my navy blue background that I use for reviews. So, it's finally time to try something new! The first background is this black glitter cardboard. I choose black because I wanted a neutral color that would match most of my dolls. Above you  can see how it looks against Victoria. 

Hi everyone! Long time, no see! Sorry, not to have posted since March, but I've been really busy this semester. The projects just seemed to overlap one another and I didn't manage to find a few free days to do a quick doll review. But finally, I'm free for a couple of months and I will be able to do reviews and enjoy my doll collection. So, what have I been up to since I last posted? Well, not much in my personal life, but my doll collection has expanded. I found the orange top Made To Move Barbie (finally!) and she came home. Also, I got a couple of the new Fashionistas.  I don't have the pink haired one yet. I saw her yesterday at Toys'r'us and the only one left had a wonky eye, so I didn't pick her. I also want to find the Kira one that's starting to show up on USA and the one with silver hair and the Skipper head sculpt. 

Hello everyone! After a long non-bloging period, I'm back for a few weeks. I told you on my last post that I would try to blog once a month, but this semester has been beyond horrible for me, so it's been imposible. And there were so many things I wanted to write about! Luckily, during a few weeks I will have time to do (almost) all the things that I want. But now let me tell you what I've been up to during this months. My doll collection has expanded a little bit since my last post. I have been quite busy to go on massive doll hunting, but I've managed to get a couple of  DC SuperheroGirls at fair prices. 

Or I could just have called it: "An excuse to unbox Raven and Briar without doing a review". Well, honestly, for a long time I've been wanting to write a post about my Ever After High collection, which is still very small. It's kind of an overview post. It's a great chance to talk about those dolls that I have already unboxed and unbox those who I don't want to do a review about, so they can have their shinning moment on this blog. I did the same thing with my Barbie collection a while ago, and in case you haven't read it, you can just click here .

Those who know me personally know that I'm a really unorganized person. It's extremely difficult for me to figure out how to take the most of the space or organize stuff. My dolls weren't an exception, and the space they were taking and the lack of organization were starting to be an issue. However, inspired by a discussion posted on Doll Observers, I decided to put some order to my doll world.

Hello everyone! Have you enjoyed your weekend? I must confess that I'm not working on my crafts as much as I should if I want to build a doll cafe at some point during this century. I don't have much free time, so I work on this blogs mainly on sundays and bits of time here and there. Besides some doll crafts, I have a frankendolly project on mind, but before starting it I'd want to do a couple more reviews.  Today I haven't done a review, but instead, I've been taking some doll photos. I'm not the best doll photographer and I don't have a professional camera or studio to work, but I like to experiment and try to improve. As you may have noticed at this point, almost all of my photos have the same navy blue background, so today I tryied to add more colour to my photos. I used wall paint color sample sheets that you can get at a paint store (because I work in one, so I could just borrow them), but you can use colored cardstock as well. 

Hello everyone! Thanks everyone for your lovely comments on my last post. I don't usually get many comments, so I was quite surprised. I took a small break from crafting in order to do another doll review. This time I'm going to review the L.A Girl , from 2015 Barbie Fashionistas line, also known as the blonde with shaved hair. I wanted this doll since the very first moment I saw her, but I was waiting to see if she got an articulated version, but because that doesn't seem to be happening, I decided to buy her anyway.

Hello there! It's been a long time since I last posted, but you know I'm quite busy with University and my job. Today is a great day, not only because I finished my final exams, which means that I will be free until september; it's also a great day because it's World Doll Day! It was created to spread a message of love and hapiness and it all started with this letter:

Hello there! What have you been up to? After a week of holidays is time to go back to work, so that means I probably won't be able to post anything i n a whi le. However , I just opened a doll theme d Twit ter ac count and you can send me any mes sages there. Today, for my 50th blog post, I'm going to review one of the new Made to Move Barbie dolls, the most poseable Barbie. This dolls have more points of articulation, allowing the dolls to pose better. So Mattel keeps on removing articulations from many of their playline dolls, like the Fashionistas or the Style Luxe dolls, but then they come up with this new body that has 22 points articulations. Anyways, I think that this dolls are an smart move because now collectors have new and affor dable body donators . But anyway, l et's start the review!

Hello my dear doll lovers! How's April going? I'm trying to stick to my "one post per month" plan, so I thought that this week would be perfect, because I'm on holidays and I have more spare time.  Today I'm going to review my first Barbie doll: Crazy for Coral from the Barbie Fashionistas doll line. This doll is from the latest fashionista wave, that incorporates three new body shapes. I talked about this new bodies earlier on this blog, you can read my opinion here . Crazy for Coral has one of those new bodies, known as "petite", so that means she's shorter than regular Barbies. 

Hello ghouls and mansters, how are you? Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but I've been away on holidays with Mr. Monster visiting the beautiful north of Spain and running away from the local holidays of my hometown. While I was there, I went dollhunting, but I didn't find anything interesting, so I got an idea for this blog post. First of all, I want to say that this is my personal opinion based on my experiences as an adult doll collector, and it's based basically on the dolls that I'm more familiar with, like Monster High, Barbie and Ever After High.  It all started with my quest to find Porter Geiss at a store. Besides Vandala, I got my Haunted girls (Kiyomi and River) at toy stores. However, it annyoed me that none of the stores I went to had Porter. I asked to one of the biggest doll collectors I know in my country if they knew where to find Porter and he told me to go to a store called Juguettos, because Porter was in there. Well, I might be the unluck...
